  1. In general I’m not a drinker, so my opinion is likely biased on this point, but my thoughts are that drinking and gaming don’t mix all that well. Not that you need to be stone sober, but the game really bogs down and falls apart when the players have too much alcohol in them.

    Since our sessions only happen twice a month its nice to get a lot of gaming done. So having things fall apart after a few hours because someone’s drunk is a bit of a let down.

  2. Some of the other guys drink beer when we play, but that’s only if it’s the weekend. I might drink a wine cooler or hard lemonade, etc, but I’ve never been one to drink beer. But we never get drunk while playing.
