Shadowrun – Ep 21

Shadowrun – Ep 21

When you think Shadowrun you think big trolls, big guns and someone yelling “Get Some!”

The best way for us to get all the guys together at one venue is to mention that we are going to play Shadowrun. (For those who don’t know) It is a game set in the near future that incorporates high technology with fantasy.

There are some that don’t like it, but we still love it and will always consider it one of our favorites.

  1. I always wanted to roleplay in Shadowrun. The paperbacks were well written and while I am usually one of those people who dislike mixing magic and technology,Shadowrun succeeds were others have failed.

I could never find anyone willing to try and play through a Shadowrun session. So my only exposure to the game was through its novels and the Sega Genesis Shadowrun video game. It was great killing ghouls for cash, raiding corporations, and finally the ending the elves were proven to be evil.

    Thats my kinda game!
